In order to not just survive but instead THRIVE in today’s modern retail marketplace, it’s first important to understand who the boss is… which is the consumer. Collecting, understanding, and incorporating consumer data is just one way to help ignite your business in 2017, with many others that will help you stand out in a crowded consumer market. Learn ways to strengthen customer loyalty, increase business productivity, gain new consumers, identify the right products for your store and more. Come prepared to step outside your comfort zone… and be prepared to leave this presentation with the comfort you need to kick-start stronger retail success in 2017.

Reyhle’s concurrent session on December 1, Red Carpet Customer Service, will share must-know tips on how to greet customers, keep them engaged, and close sales the “red carpet way.”
