Have you ever heard that you can’t measure Facebook? While Facebook measurement can be a tricky subject — it can, most definitely, be measured. Learn how-to successfully measure what matters during this hands-on workshop.
Session requirements: Participants will need a laptop, preferred to have over 1,000 followers and 120 posts. Space is limited to 45 participants.

Learn to Love Your Photos: Clever Phone Photo Tips to Help You Stand Out
Taking great photos isn’t just for people with fancy cameras. Good photography can come from smart people who think creatively and know how to make the most of what they’ve got. This workshop session will provide participants with hands-on activities that help improve photography skills.

General Session
Revitalizing Email Marketing

This session will provide hands-on activities to help your business launch into or revitalize existing email marketing. We will help you plan a new welcome page for email subscribers to increase value for them and set expectations, form a content team to establish a monthly email presence and plan out the next 6 months of e-newsletters for your business.

Am I Ready for E-Commerce?
Are you thinking of adding a “buy” button to your website? This session will provide you with information on what to consider before taking the plunge to selling online.

Red Carpet Customer Service
Gain must-know tips on how to greet customers, keep them engaged and close sales the “red carpet way.” Presented by Nicole Leinbach Reyhle, founder of Retail Minded.

General Session
Putting It All Together
What are you going to do with all the new skills you’ve learned or enhanced at the bootcamp? The last thing we want to do is send you home with a stack of notes and no time to plan or implement. In this last session, we will guide you to put everything learned into an actionable plan for the next three months.

After our New-Media Marketing Bootcamp concludes, attendees are invited to stay for Retail Works.

RetailWorks is a conference for independent garden centers, nurseries and allied Green Industry businesses such as landscape contractors, maintenance firms, and landscape architects. The conference provides an opportunity to learn cutting edge techniques for business operations such as marketing, sales, employee management, and to share horticulture research, news and trends.
